Votiva
Votiva is a comfortable non-surgical treatment for labia and vaginal tightening and rejuvenation that helps to restore your sexual energy. Votiva uses radiofrequency energy to treat the inside (vagina) and outside (labia) tissue, restoring elasticity and appearance of the labia and vulva — perfect for after childbirth. This technology can also help reduce urinary incontinence after childbirth.

PRP for Sexual Rejuvenation
PRP injections, or Platelet Rich Plasma injections are created by isolating plasma from your own blood and concentrating it. The idea is that injecting PRP into damaged tissues will stimulate your body to grow new, healthy cells and promote healing. Once injected, the platelets release growth factors and other proteins known to jump-start cellular repair.
Complications are rarely associated with PRP treatments, because the body’s own blood is being used to stimulate cellular repair.

FAQs
Is there any downtime with Votiva or PRP?
With both procedures, we recommend waiting at least 72 hours before resuming sexual intercourse.
How many Votiva treatments do I need before I see results?
You will see results typically in one treatment, especially with urinary incontinence. However, we see patients experience the best results when they have a series of 3 treatments, spaced one month apart. Because the RF technology continues to encourage cell turnover, you will continue to feel and see results in the weeks after your first treatment.
How long do I have to wait after vaginal childbirth to go through the Votiva treatment?
We recommend waiting at least 3-6 months after vaginal childbirth to allow time for your pelvic floor to heal. We also would recommend that you make sure you are not pregnant when scheduling your appointment.
How many PRP treatments do I need before I see results?
Patients can just have one orgasm shot or come back for more, which will build on the existing results. 12 weeks is generally recommended between treatments to ensure the full effects are achieved.
Is PRP for sexual health worth the cost?
In a 2017 study of 68 women with issues of stress incontinence, overactive bladder, lack of lubrication, and sexual dysfunction, 94% reported satisfaction after two O-Shot treatments performed two months apart.
